Boundary evidence first
Why This Exists
Before the pilotMany organizations need to understand the problem before they connect systems. The review answers whether decision delay may be measurable.
Before procurementThe report gives management, CTO, NOC and procurement a shared language: signal, evidence, confidence, cost of waiting, approval and next step.
Before live accessThe first review can use CSV, XLSX, JSON, exported logs, incident history or sanitized records. No VPN, admin account or production write is required.
What The Review Covers
Decision exposureWhere time may be lost between first signal, escalation, approval and action.
Evidence boundaryWhat is known, estimated, assumed or still unknown.
Cost modelCost of waiting, operational exposure and sensitivity ranges, marked as model or estimate unless validated.
Management questionsQuestions the organization can use to decide whether a briefing or pilot is worth running.
Report intelligenceApproved reports can later become structured learning objects. Silver uses current evidence, Gold may use same-customer history, and Platinum may use anonymized pattern classes and governance context without exposing another customer.
Report Tracks
Local / regional ISPCustomer proximity, quality of service, dispatch timing, reputation risk and decision windows before visible degradation.
Large telco / national operatorCoordination delay, escalation delay, vendor dependency, approval chain, governance and defensible decision records.
Other environmentsThe same logic can be adapted later, but public claims stay limited until evidence and environment boundaries are approved.
What The Customer Sends
Allowed first inputsCSV, XLSX, JSON, exported logs, incident history, ticket exports, maintenance windows and selected business assumptions.
Not required for first reportNo live collector, VPN, production credentials, admin account or customer-data upload through this public website.
Data handlingThe exact scope, retention, redaction and allowed use must be approved before any customer-specific report starts.
Commercial Role
ReportPaid analytical work: the customer pays for evidence review, management interpretation and decision-exposure analysis.
BriefingThe report can lead to an executive or technical briefing if the organization wants to validate the problem.
PilotThe pilot is a separate controlled stage. The report does not create automatic activation, data intake or production access.
Limits
No guaranteeThe report does not guarantee savings, full detection, incident prevention, root cause or business outcome.
No unsupported claimEvery material statement must be labeled as evidence, observation, estimate, assumption, model or unknown.
No method disclosureThe report explains what is measured and why it matters without exposing Raven internal know-how.
