- Removed detailed internal material from the public release and retained the full preceding version privately.
- Kept all underlying audited measurements and aggregate calculations unchanged.
- Distinguished the two LTE/fiber comparison groups within the same 501-cycle population.
- Separated bounded processing populations from decision and outcome claims.
- Added this English release to the sitemap and exposed its existing Research Library link in the mobile shortcut menu.
- Left other website content and presentations unchanged.
