Customer typeRaven Systems is prepared for business customers. Consumer sale, public self-activation and live data intake remain gated.

Payment boundaryStripe payment may reserve or buy Raven Decision Credits only after webhook verification, idempotency and credit ledger gates are active.

Credit package catalogPublic planning catalog does not create provider prices, checkout sessions, invoices, tax calculations or payment collection. Final commercial terms require quote-specific approval and tax review.

What Raven preparesRaven prepares evidence-based operational decision packets, estimates, assumptions, unknowns, options and human approval boundaries.

What Raven does not doRaven does not replace the customer's authority, legal judgement, financial judgement, technical change control or emergency command.

Human approvalNo customer workspace, entitlement, collector, payment fulfillment or operational action is activated by payment alone.

Decision creditsCredits are a product-metering unit for Raven decision depth. Credits are not money, stored value, electronic money, a refund balance or a bank account.

Controlled pilotA pilot starts only after approved scope, data boundary, security review and human activation approval.

StripeStripe may process payment details on Stripe-hosted surfaces. Raven receives only provider events required for fulfillment and audit.

Duplicate purchase guardBuy actions require confirmation, idempotency and event reconciliation before credits are added to a customer ledger.

Refunds and disputesRefunds, disputes, tax corrections and commercial credits require human finance review and provider reconciliation.
