Trust Principles
Human approvalRaven prepares decision packets. Human authority stays final unless a future customer contract explicitly defines a different approved workflow.
Admin Review QueueProvider activation, customer data, public deployment, restore, outbound send, pricing, security and customer activation gates are routed to human review before release.
Audit trailRecommendations must preserve known, estimated, assumed, unknown, approved and rejected states.
Data boundaryRaven asks for the minimum approved data needed for the review or pilot and does not request sensitive credentials on public pages. sensitive credential values stay outside public content and ordinary communication channels.
No automatic executionThe public system does not execute customer operational changes, dispatches or provider writes.
Enterprise Questions Answered
What leaves the client environment?Only approved exports or agreed evidence references for the selected review mode. Live production data requires a separate gate.
What stays with the client?Decision authority, credentials, production change control, legal responsibility and final operational approval.
What is logged?Access, evidence state, recommendation, approval, export and support activity should be captured in the approved system of record.
What is reviewable before action? The review queue can show what requires owner, security, finance or manager approval. It does not approve, assign, notify or mutate production by itself.
What is not claimed? This page does not claim SOC 2, ISO, PCI or regulatory certification.

Audit Trail Readiness
Append-only principleAudit records should be written as an append-only trail so decision history is not silently overwritten.
Hash-chain integrityProduction audit design should preserve sequence and previous-record integrity for governance review.
Tenant scopeAudit trails must remain tenant-scoped so customer records, decisions, credits and evidence do not mix.
BoundaryThe public site describes audit design principles. It does not activate a durable audit store or expose customer audit data.
